GELDING, "Freedom," 6 yo, 08/08/96, chocolate with flaxen mane and tail, 14.3hh, (Aa), does it all. Magnificent conformation, unbelievable stamina, show quality. Exceptionally calm trail horse who placed five out of five times at the 12th International Championship Show 2000. As the result of only two showings placed 5th in the KMSHA High Point Winner Gelding Class 2000.  Freedom is a hard worker and competitive horse who takes his job seriously. Professionally trained. Currently being extensively ridden on trails. RMHA & KMSHA. $7500

GELDING, "Champ," 3 yo, 05/26/99, chocolate with white mane and tail, 14.3hh.  Presently being worked on trails with other horses and ridden on trails alone.  He loves to learn and is easy to teach.  Champ is a sweet horse with show quality potential. GELDING, "Elvis," 3yo, 10/17/99, sorrel, 14.2hh.  Elvis is a real comedian.  His happy and positive attitude makes him a fun horse to be around.   Elvis enjoys his job and life.  He moves on the trails in a smooth gait and with great pride. Sire: Green Meadows Cappucino.  RMHA  $4500

GELDING, "Tucker," 10 mo, 09/24/01, black with white blaze, will mature to 14.2 hh 15 hh.  Tucker is a quick learner who gaits wherever he goes.  He likes other horses and people.  Easy to handle and very willing.  RMHA  $3500

All horses 2 years old and older are "under saddle" and currently being ridden. They stand to be mounted, load easily, bathe, stand for the farrier, clip, spray, tie, lead, and travel through water / mud. E-Mail photos and surface mail videos available.

Each horse is priced based on its gait, disposition, conformation, and color.  The prices listed are the actual prices for the horses, not asking prices or offers.  If you have searched for other Rocky Mountain horses you’re aware that our prices are very fair, reasonable, and competitive.  We are straight forward on this point to prevent any misunderstandings.

Transportation available: We will deliver our horses to their new owners for a transportation fee.  We would like to ensure that the new owners of our horses receive them sound and healthy.

GELDING, "Little Red," 3yo, sorrel, 14.3hh, reg RMHA.  Tobe and Old Tobe lineage.  Everyone who rides and works this horse remarks that his attitude is remarkable.  He is a "solid' horse who approaches new circumstances with a calm demeanor.  He just does not get excited over much.  Little Red, who is not little, will steal your heart.  Red was "broke" on the trails in KY and has been ridden on trails in both Idaho and California all summer. $5000

GELDING, "Augustus," 8yo, choc, 15.1hh, reg RMHA.  Sire: Magnum - Dam: Maggie.  This horse is a "been there, done that" type of trail horse.  His is a calm and exceptionally strong horse.  His endurance is phenomenal.  This horse does it all with a willing temperament. $7500

GELDING, "Judge," 2yo, choc with FMT, 14hh, reg RMHA.  Sire: X File - Dam: Sue's Susie.  Currently being used on trails and shown by our 13 year old daughter. Judge has a "can do" and confident attitude - very mature for his age.  He likes to work and he is a gaiting machine.  30 days professional training in KY.  $6000

GELDING, "Dakota," 2yo, choc, 14.3hh, reg RMHA.  Sire: Johnson's Toby - Dam: Joan's Peanut.  This guy will mature to 15.2 to 15.3hh and he has the "Show" quality potential.  We currently show him in the Northwest and ride him on the ranch.  The riders who show and use him are our family and friends.  These folks include both teenagers and adults.  Dakota's gait and confirmation are exceptional. 30 days professional training in KY.  $6500

FILLY, "Maude," 3yo, choc with WMT, 15hh, will be registered as a grade RM mare.  Sire: Pence's Blue Boy - Dam: Dean's Maude.  A sweet girl who does well on trails and is a quick learner.  Maude really likes the attention she gets when we groom her.  She enjoys the company of people and will no doubt be someone's best friend.  30 days professional training in KY.  $4500


GELDING, “Cruiser,” 06/03/95, blue roan, 16 hh (Aa), one of a kind “gentle giant,” comfortable gait with long stride. He side passes, neck reins, and is a very easy learner. He is a magnificent mountain horse who would be a super endurance and is a great trail horse.  Cruiser truly enjoys the trails and needs a soul mate owner. KMSHA & MPHA. $3800.

GELDING, “Kentucky,” Two year old, dark bay, 14.1hh (aa). – Sire: Sewell’s Sam / Dam: “Choco mare.” 60 days professional training in KY. Confident, inquisitive, super sweet disposition, exceptionally smooth gait, maturity of a five year old. Ridden extensively on trails, generally by a 13 year old girl. $4500.

GELDING, “Dusty,” 03/20/97, red chocolate with flaxen mane and tail, 14.2hh (Aa) . Positive attitude and a truly handsome devil who we call the "little big man" due to his personality. He goes well on the trails, shows with enthusiasm, and is a genuine competitor.
Animated, smooth gait. 90 days professional training in KY. Placed 7th in the Novice Horse class at the 12th International Championship Show 2000. RMHA & KMSHA. $6000

FILLY, "Mary Lou," 05/05/98, sorrel, 15hh (aa). She is going to be a big girl who has a sweet hard working attitude. She is a well gaited horse. We have shown her successfully and ridden her extensively on the trails. Was professionally trained in Kentucky for 90 days. RMHA & KMSHA. $6000

MARE, “Tessie,” 06/14/89, sorrel, 14.2hh, She is extremely well broke and was originally trained by the Amish. She rides and drives. She is a Haflinger / Fox Trotter cross and is a registered North American Single-Footing Horse. She is not a Rocky Mountain Horse but she stays with us on the trail at a gait or a walk when we ride our Rockys. We loving call her "Bette Midler" because of her "can do" attitude. She is a hoot. Our daughter has shown her successfully, ridden her extensively on trails, and Tessie has pulled her cart flawlessly in front of 600 plus people at horse events and parades. Our daughter's home schooling and 4-H horse activities simply do not leave her enough time to include Tessie as much as she should. NASFHA. $2500
