MARE,
“Tessie,” 06/14/89, sorrel, 14.2hh, She is extremely well
broke and was originally trained by the Amish. She rides and
drives. She is a Haflinger / Fox Trotter cross and is a registered
North American Single-Footing Horse. She is not a Rocky Mountain
Horse but she stays with us on the trail at a gait or a walk when
we ride our Rockys. We loving call her "Bette Midler"
because of her "can do" attitude. She is a hoot. Our
daughter has shown her successfully, ridden her extensively on
trails, and Tessie has pulled her cart flawlessly in front of 600
plus people at horse events and parades. Our daughter's home
schooling and 4-H horse activities simply do not leave her enough
time to include Tessie as much as she should. NASFHA. $2500
